The conference Universal features of hydrodynamical, optical and wave turbulence, Nice (September 9-12, 2019) celebrated the scientific career of Marc Brachet.

Marc Brachet delivered a special lecture during this conference: Quantitative estimation of effective viscosity in quantum turbulence.

Luminita Danaila also attended the conference and gave a talk including recent results of our QUTE project: Quantum turbulence exploration using the Gross-Pitaevskii equation.
